What types of storage do you offer?
We welcome Personal Storage, Business Storage, RV & Boat Storage and Car Storage
customers. Personal Storage units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes or
seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For professionals, we offer Business Storage units where
file cabinets, documents and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed. We
accept deliveries for our many business clients during our office hours too. RV and Boat Storage
customers have outdoor secure storage options in the Spring/Summer and Fall. Car storage
customers will appreciate your own personal one-car garage unit to ensure your ride is safe and
secure through the winter, or all year round.
What kind of security features do you offer?
Our gated facility keeps your belongings safe, including a fully fenced compound, a FoB
controlled electric gate, storage-facility in mind designed locking mechanisms, multi-camera
video surveillance with round the clock tape recording, and most importantly on-site
management who monitors our facility daily.
What are your unit sizes?
Unit sizes range from 4×8 to 20×20 for our self-storage units, and our outdoor spaces are 8×20.

Is climate control necessary?
We have provided the Ancaster community drive-up self-storage units for 30 years. Though
climate control is needed for niche items such as antique oil paintings, some musical
instruments, or batteries in electronics, our storage units can hold the vast majority of household
items or furniture. Remember to store and pack items responsibly to ensure they are safe and
sound.
Do I have to sign a long-term storage contact?
No. Moving stuff is stressful and situations can change. We provide as stress free of a storage
solution as we can. We also offer a range of convenient payment options including E-Transfer,
autopay via credit card or chequing account, as well as cash or debit in our office.
What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
Office hours indicate the presence of a Property Manager who provides in-person customer
service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, etc. During access
hours, you can use your FoB to access your storage unit, but a Property Manager may not be
on hand to assist you. You’ll have all day access to your unit, every day of the week!
